Gymnastics – Payment Information

Great news!

Gymnastics payments are made via a monthly standing order, once you have completed your first week trial.

Please take a look below at the information relating to payments.

If you require any more information regarding the payment structure, please feel free to email Head Coach Sarah on sarah.roefield@hotmail.com or contact the centre on 01200 442188.

  • No rebooking when the term ends
  • Help spread the cost – You will make 12 payments, on the 1st of the month rather than a lump sum at the end of the term to renew
  • Once you have secured your spot – it’s yours for however long you want it
  • Relax knowing their spot is safe

  • Badges are now included in the term price.
  • The price will now be split down and pro-rata'd over 12 months of the year.
  • See the price breakdown below.

  • In order to book your child into gymnastics, please check the calendar on this page for availability and then give the reception team a call on 01200442188. Initially, you will book your child in for a trial and pay for the first session over the phone. If your child enjoys the session and wishes to return, we would ask you to set up a standing order. The monthly payments can be found below, and once done, the form below must also be completed so that we can assign your child's space to your standing order.

  • When your child no longer wants to attend gymnastics, simply email us to let us know.
  • Written notice is required, and the notice period is 1 month. This is strictly enforced and by agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you will pay for the notice period even if the gymnast does not attend.
  • Gymnasts must sign up for a minimum of 1 term (A minimum of 3 payments need to be made).

  • If you would like to purchase the uniform it is £40 for a t-shirt, jacket and pants.
  • We have introduced a uniform to encourage club inclusivity for all gymnasts.
  • We recommend that our uniform can either be worn to train in, or over a leotard/shorts & tshirts which can then be removed after the group warm up.
  • Whilst our club uniform is not compulsory to wear, we do encourage gymnasts to make use of it.

  • Unfortunately, not for term bookings. We do however host one-off gymnastics events where we offer this.

  • All certificates / Awards are included in the cost of the standing order.
  • Unfortunately, the ‘British Gymnastics Proficiency scheme’ does not exist anymore, however Roefield Gymnastics still has a very large number of certificates left. This means the children will be working and progressing differently moving forward.
  • During the 5 ‘award evenings’ you are invited to watch your child participate in their session. This way you will be able to see throughout the year the progression of your child/ren.
  • Certificates will be given out to everyone on the ‘award nights.’ It may be a certificate from the proficiency scheme if that is what your child is still working on, or it may be one representing a skill your child has completed.
  • We will keep you up to date with any changes to this moving forward.

By enrolling your child at Roefield Gymnastics you agree to the following terms and conditions below-

  • All staff will ensure that any gymnast is working within the abilities of the children and coaches.
  • All classes are led by coaches that are qualified through British gymnastics and have a DBS.

  • No parent should film inside the gym hall – please ask permission if you would like to do so, but please note that no other child should be in these photos.
  • Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, we are required to inform you that membership information is held on our computer systems for management information purposes only.
  • No reimbursements or reductions for absence from classes are offered. (This includes absence for holidays, illness and accidents sustained outside of class.)
