A pilates class performed in a chair, as opposed to standing. It is tailored specifically for the more mature exerciser, or for those with limited mobility. It helps improve posture, increase core strength, prevent injury, improve circulation and mobility. It heightens body awarenesss and has no impact on the joints.
A gym based class that gives you an all over body workout, which improves fitness, posture, with muscular strength and endurance run by a specialist exercise professional. Suitable for those who feel they may need a bit of extra assistance with the gym equipment.
