Running Club

This running club takes you through the beautiful Ribble Valley. The group run on average between 7k and 10k and is aimed an intermediate level. Participants use the sessions to train for local 10k race events. Running Club is every Monday and Thursday at 6pm and is free to everyone.

Bootcamp

Free to all members, our weekly bootcamp sessions will put you through your paces. For all ages and abilities, the bootcamp is a great way to improve your fitness levels. Bootcamp times are weekly on a Thursday @ 6.15am – 7am. This session is FREE TO ALL(16+), and we would encourage you to give us a call on 01200 442188 to book your space TODAY!
