Climbing

Our daunting 9m climbing wall presents a challenge to all; from complete beginners to the more accomplished climbers.

It is difficult to appreciate just how much climbing can contribute to your overall fitness and strength until you have tried it!

With different sessions on throughout the week to suit you, it will also help to develop other important life skills such as teamwork, self-confidence and stamina.

Courses run throughout the year for those wishing to learn more about this growing sport, and clubs run weekly for those wishing to enhance their existing skills and improve their fitness and strength.

Courses and clubs are run by qualified staff who are here to teach, advise and reassure.

Club sessions can be booked in advance and multi session passes are available offering a discount on sessional prices.

**COVID-19 Update** Sessions have been slightly reduced to allow a gap in between to disinfect harnesses. Club sessions have been reduced in numbers to allow for social distancing and to allow us to have enough ropes so that each club do not use the same ones, allowing them to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected overnight. We will be looking to add courses in the near future once more guidance is released, and will be looking to reintroduce the adult club as soon as possible.

Wednesday:

6.00pm – 7.00pm (Junior Club)

7.15pm-8.15pm (Junior Club)

Thursday

6.00pm-7.00pm (Junior Club)

7.15pm-8.15pm (Junior Club)

 

PAYG climbing will be re-introduced as soon as more guidance is released.
