Meditation, Stress Management and Mindfullness Sessions
These classes will be run by professionals who will help you combat stress, balance your work and home like and give you the focus you need to help acheive your fitness goals.
Diet, Recipe and Nutritional Workshops
Food tasting, calorie counting, diet advice and recipes that you can take away with you are all part of the workshops to give you more knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.
Weekly Weigh-In Drop-In Sessions
Morning, evening and weekend sessions are available for you to drop in to be weighed and measured to keep you updated on your progress.
Initial and Final Consultation
Full body analysis and measurements, gym induction and personal programme will be provided, plus optional before and after pictures.
Daily Motivational Tips, Help and Advice
Be part of an exclusive online private group where our instructors will keep you updated on activities at the centre and will answer any questions that you have 7 days a week.
Pop Up Sessions
Extra classes such as stretching, pilates, walking club, fun runs, circuit training and boxing are also available to mix up your training and keep you motivated.
