Kimberly and the team have setup this 8-week challenge to support members during the lockdown who need the extra motivation from a structured programme of activities, advice and regular monitoring. Whether you want to lose weight, burn off some fat, increase your strength, touch your toes, improve your energy levels, stick to a routine or just feel better, we are here to support you.

With over 30 classes per week, streamed live or available on-demand, there’s something for everyone. All presented by our own instructors so you’ll recognise our friendly faces.
Support Group

Whilst we can’t support you in-person we have setup a Facebook Group to provide additional support, tips and guidance during your 8-week challenge.
Nutrition Advice

We understand that achieving your goals is just as much down to your diet as it is exercise. So we’re here to help you with diet tips, favourite recipes and nutrition advice.
Weekly Weigh-in

Monitoring your progress is at the core of this 8-week challenge. You are invited to join us each week to share your achievements or you can choose to privately message us with your results.
