The Optional Party Packages
Please note the party prices shown do not include food. For party food please add £2.25p per head. A dining area is available if you prefer to provide your own catering. A nominal charge for room hire is required.
Once you have chosen the party type with or without food we will take care of the rest.All you need to do is pick a type of party and your food choice and we’ll take care of the rest. The party will be led by an enthusiastic host dedicated to ensuring your party runs smoothly.
Party Menu
Roefield’s Café provides great food to complete your child’s birthday party and sends them away with full tummies. We have various menus available as well as some adult extras while the kids are away playing. Roefield take care of all the tableware and set up and clear away after you. Please see the party menu for more details:

Indoor Rock Climbing
Roefield has an amazing 9 metre high climbing wall and is specifically designed to cater for all abilities especially children. Our qualified
instructors will take you through kitting up, bouldering and be-laying before letting you loose on the wall.
Climbing Parties are available for children aged 8 and over.

Cub-Karting (subject to availability)
The newest and most exciting children’s entertainment activity! Cub Karting is a fabulous way to give boys and girls aged 5-10 years, an experience they will never forget. Driving our battery operated karts around an inflatable mini Grand Prix circuit; children enjoy a completely safe and exhilarating first real driving experience.

Dancing Theme
Ever dreamed of being Gabriella in High School Musical or wanted to dance like Michael Jackson? Well here is your chance! Why not try our new themed dance party and learn to dance like your idol. Dance Parties are available for children aged 4 and over.

Football
Ever dreamt of playing for Liverpool or Arsenal? Have high hopes to play for your county? Well, your dreams can come true at Roefield by inviting your friends to your football party. Our staff will take you through football skills and tactics, including passing, dribbling and shooting and will finish the session with a big match. Both boys and girls are welcome. Suitable for children aged 4 and over.

The Creation Station Arty-Party (subject to availability)
Two activities per party and the activities being offered for the first activity are a choice of either painting or collaging a paper maché box or mask making (decorating with wide choice of colours, feathers and collage. For the second activity choose either clay modelling or bead art (necklace and bracelet for girls/laser bracelet and key ring for boys.
Themed parties are also available such as princess parties and pirate parties.
Arty Parties are available for children aged 2 to 11yrs.

Turbo Tots
This party is extremely popular and suitable for children 4yrs and under. A mix and match approach dedicated to this very age group. Activities included in the party are parachute games, relay races and other fun filled party games.
Top Play parties are suitable for children 4 yrs and under.

Top Play
This party is available for children 5-8 yrs and and includes a range of muti skill activities. It introduces your childfrom an early age to the world of sport concentrating on hand eye coordination activities such as ball games plus relay races, parachute games plus any particular requested game like parcel the parcel etc.
Top Play parties are suitable for children 5 yrs and under.

Mega Mix Sports Party
This party will be a mixture of 2 of your chosen games, you can choose from football, basketball, quick cricket, hockey, badminton, short tennis,
dodge ball and netball. Our staff will start you off with a basic warm up before launching into your first chosen activity. Each activity will include skills and finish with a match.
Sports Parties are available for children aged 5 and over.
£99 for up to 20 children (Please add £2.25 per child for party food)
How Long Does the Party Last?
All party activities last for one hour with 45 minutes for the food and drinks.
A £20 deposit is required at the time of the booking.
Party Optional Extras:
Parents – Welcome drinks on arrival. Coffee etc (£1.20)
Birthday Cake
Traditional party games with prizes such as musical statues and pass the parcel.
Please note more children can be invited unless a maximum is specified and subject to discussion with the centre. Where this applies additional food will be charged at the normal price of £2.25 per head. Depending on the extra children attending we may apply a £10 nominal charge if extra staffing is required.
