Street Dance

There are several dance courses for adults or Juniors. Every week is different and dance routines are always fun, fresh and up to date to the latest tracks. Dances will be choreographed to classic and contemporary Music such as early 90’s R&B, 80’s hip hop, current charts and much more.

Basketball

Excellent Course suitable for anybody aged 8 to 15 years. The session is led by a highly experienced coach and player concentrates on developing ball handling skills, passing and shooting techniques while developing knowledge of court strategy and match play tactics. Essential firts grounding for anuone wishing to progress to competition and club basketball.

Netball

A series of courses developing basic ball and footwork skills for the beginners, leading up to passing and shooting skills for the improvers and then progress to playing ‘High Five’ games for the more advanced. These sessions provide a perfect framework for development from complete novice to a competitive netball player with the help of our excellent links to the leading local netball club.

Rock Climbing

Run by a qualified instructor will teach basic techniques and skills needed, including belaying, use of equipment, safety, rope work and
climbing positioning. Courses are set up to coincide with the NICAS proficiency levels and lead to NICAS Level 1 and 2 which can be completed as part of one of our club nights which those who have completed the course are invited to. Climbing Club that runs on  variety of evenings throughout the week.

Development Centre Football Coaching

Coaches from the Development Centre Coaching  lead the sessions. Objectives range from ball control and skill development to passing and control through the teaching games for understanding model of coaching. This allows children to develop skills and abilities through well constructed games and match play alongside conventional coaching drills. The sessions are fun and exciting and aim to provide a base for youngsters to develop into skilled players. Our sessions are a great way to build confidence and general fitness whilst having fun.

Badminton

The beginner course concentrates on teaching and developing basic skills and techniques including hand to eye co-ordination and positional play with a focus on match play. For the more advanced players the sessions will concentrate on tactics and advanced match play whilst improving stroke and technique.
