The minimum age for the 5 a side league is strictly 16 as it is fully affiliated with the FA.

For ur 5 a side football leauge starting 26th febuary is there a minimum age.Me and the team are 15/16 is this old enough to enter.

Since Roefield completed the building extension, it’s being going from strength to strength, there is a great team people in all areas (Management, Reception, Gym etc) who run a tight ship, give a quality service and there is a general “buzz about the place” which makes it’s a really positive and welcoming environment to visit as a member………Ed’s approach simply compliments and magnifies it in the gym area and he’s a great addition to the team and is making a bid difference………..Ed takes a real genuine interest in all the members who visit the gym and goes out of his way to check on progress and motivate you following creation of an initial programme which is tailored to your objectives…he’s very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others in a similar situation or those who just enjoy fitness training and want to get their physicality to get to the next level e.g. for sport……….the real difference is that Ed can emphasize directly with those who are struggling with the challenges of weight loss or getting fit as he’s been through it…and in that way his story is very inspirational one………………A big thanks to all the team & Ed for their continued hard work……keep up the great work guys………..

Ed is truly inspirational. He has given me good advice on my diet and each month gives me a new challenging exercise regime which is actually working! Not only is he very professional in his work, he is a friendly face in a sometimes daunting place. I want to succeed for myself but also don’t want to let Ed down either therefore that gives me extra motivation. Thanks for all your support Ed.

My team has now been in the league for the past 2 seasons. It is fantastic fun and is a good standard. I will be entering a team into the summer league and reccomend that others do too.
